you’ll get my first-born.
I genuinely cannot grasp how poorly the people in lukeisadalek’s life have failed him to form a worldview that dramatically disgusting
He’s hands-down the worst person I’ve seen on Tumblr lately and Tumblr is full of…
Well, Tazzypillar Rainbowpupas, that blog isn’t directly labeled as satire, I have come across many, many members of the LGB….*sight*…T community that are, indeed, that militant about hating “breeders” and “cis scum”. The post which referred me to said blog was being discussed on my dash as a serious statement.
If some fucking moron wants to make statements about how anyone who doesn’t ascribe to their particular really really out there and creepy-to-ninety-percent-of-people sexual tendencies, they probably shouldn’t act like it’s serious.
I stand by the fact that I have the right to find a dude who has a vagina or a chick with a dong or a chick who used to have a dong unsettling, and if that bothers you, well, you’re just going to have to find a nice “off” to fuck to.
Once more, you are all sniveling, whiny little vaginas who need to fuck off with your kumbaya, hold hands and talk about it, everyone must feel welcome even if it makes a larger number of people uncomfortable bullshit.ok so for the record now that the physical agony of my laughter has subsided, your points are:
-It’s not my fault I lack basic levels of reading comprehension and don’t research the blogs I whine at!!!!
-Transgenderism is a creepy fetish like furries and zoophiles!!!
Which hysterically is a false claim on all three counts. It’s even right there?? in the suffixes? You don’t even understand the nuance of LANGUAGE and you dare to publically talk about your opinions on SCIENCE.I could cry if I wasn’t laughing so hard.
Transgender refers to your gender IDENTITY, as in how you identify as a member of society, inside society’s social norms. Gender is a social CONSTRUCT and a person’s sex is not and should not be the be-all-end-all factor in how you decide you are comfortable with your relationship to society. for some people, regardless of their sex, this is “Male”. For Others, it’s Female. And for yet others it’s some combination of both or Neither, because gender IS NOT FUCKING SIMPLE. And NONE of it has an instrinsic sexual element to it, because what you identify as and what you are attracted to are SEPERATE COGNITIVE CONSTRUCTS.
Furries, on the other hand, are a fandom that include anything from simply liking the idea of anthromorphism and liking the art, to actual sexual appeal which may or may not include a degree of zoophilia, which is what you’re actually trying to compare Transgenderism to.
A -philia is a suffix that denotes a NOTED PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDER that is defined by being EXCESSIVELY PLEASED by something. That does NOT relate in ANY way to how an individual wants to feel a part of and seen as by society. I’m not sure what faulty logic you’re using to equate them.
-Transgenders are genetic abnormalities because evolutionary biology says so!!! I have SCIENCE SO I’M RIGHT!!!!!
I’m pretty sure you also tried to say homosexuality was similar??? I’m not even going to argue this because not only do you not have any sources but even the scientific community’s general consensus is up for grabs because this is simply not a subject that we as a whole understand well yet, so instead I’m going to mention the cutest little assumption to this, a corollary which is frankly the most disgusting of all:
-Transgenders, and by affiliation all people who suffer from some genetic abnormality or another(???????) should only have their rights respected and their identities as individuals upheld as long and insofar as they don’t make me personally uncomfortable
To which I am so apalled and frankly disgusted that I can’t even begin to argue against you. Except to ask, who gets to decide what a genetic abnormality IS? And what are and aren’t your rights as an individual to not be made to feel uncomfortable??
Because frankly all of this sounds just a little bit too close to the old staple of immorality that frankly you should know well, if anything in the education system hasn’t failed you completely(unlikely), and that is the extent to which former slavery supporters would go to explain how black people were simply inherently inferior and weren’t deserving of as many rights as the white man!And it may be that you aren’t quite at that point. I will give you that much doubt, because at my core I guess I still believe in people. But you’re on a dangerous slippery slope of the actual kind, the one that leads to questions like “Why are transgenders allowed to marry normal people??? they’ll corrupt the bloodlines!!” or “Why are transgenders allowed to act so publically?? THINK OF THE CHILDREN…”
And that is frankly terrifying. Good job being a completely reprehensible excuse for a human being?? Please just stop answering to all of this so I can forget you exist. it’s honestly taxing on my goodwill.
You can take your strawman argument and shove it right in the tailpipe of your smartcar.
I don’t care about transgender people existing, nor do i expect them to forgo any of the rights afforded to any other human being.
The closest I got to saying that was that I think they have a responsibility to disclose that upfront when attempting to pursue someone romantically or sexually.
Furries identify as something they biologically are not, and that identity is closely tied to their sexual feelings/activities.
Trans-whatevers identify as something they biologically are not, and that identity is closely tied to their sexual feelings/activities.
Gender is binary and fixed. It is a facet of mammallian biology and there’s very little you can do about that, no matter how much you wish you really were a (whatever gender you aren’t), you aren’t. If I strongly identified as African American, and felt in my heart that I truly was black, would you consider me black? No, you’d laugh your ass off and call me a wigger. You are male if you are born with a penis. You are female if you are born with a vagina. Stop crying in to your fucking starbucks cup and deal with the fact that, while tumblr is mostly inhabited by hipsters and OMG SO DIFFERENT U GUIZE folk in general, in the real world, in day to day society, my opinion is shared by about 85% of the general population.
It has no scientific backing, it contradicts evolutionary biology, and quite frankly, it’s a little bit creepy.
Again, since you people are all fucking morons:
I do not endorse taking away their rights, or separating them, or harming them in any way. I simply stand by my right to state that I think gender reassignment surgery and crossdressing strike me as kind of off.
You’re just going to have to deal with that, you special little snowflake, you.

reblog if you will too.
i was almost with you until the last paragraph.
somebody think of the straight people.
I have been polite about people reblogging this and disagreeing with me because this is just and opinion, but the snide little comment it…
lol
I keep reading posts of people saying “I can’t believe how many Klaine kisses they gave us” and “They’re kissing casually like they do all the time now”…
I think I missed something. I only saw the bedroom one in the beginning, and the theater one near the end… Fox didn’t cut anything out, did it…?
no, all we got were those, and one of them was quickly cut-off and the other more on the cheek than anything.
it’s kind of sad that people think this is a lot when they’ve been dating for six months, haven’t kissed during the course of their relationship up until now, and rachel and finn made out a handful of times in this very episode. and plenty of times before that, as well.
lol
kurt and blaine share one one half-kiss and one kiss on the cheek
and rachel and finn make out how many times
i am so going to make that tumblr.
i was almost with you until the last paragraph.

no
I cannot describe how much I love Chris Colfer, I’ll just come straight out with it. He’s awesome. However, his interview with E! made me sad. :(
Firstly, he turned around and said this:
And of course I always freak out and panic about storylines that they [Glee creators] tell me are coming…
this exactly.
- What Chris said was 100% wrong and offensive and trying to defend it is counterproductive and makes you look like you can deal with the reality of a favorite celebrity being wrong - it’s never OK to disparage people and their perfectly valid choices to try and get your point across. Grace and…
i love you.
theawesomenessthatischriscolfer:
I have no idea how young Mr. Colfer copes with the pressure of all these interviews for The First Time when it’s a given that he’ll inadvertently and unintentionally end up offending someone no matter what he says or how delicately he says it. Poor guy.
Yup! there is always someone who will find offense somewhere. It’s ridiculous.
i wish you wouldn’t dismiss people rightfully expressing that they have been hurt by his comments with a disparaging comment like that.
theawesomenessthatischriscolfer:
Having been in the gay community for some years, what Chris Colfer said in his interview is right!!!! What we are having to tackle all the time is the reputation that Gay people are promiscuous. It is a stereotype that has come from past hatred. Chris is saying that by showing a gay-teen…
no. i’m not willing to concede that he knows better than anybody or that anybody else knows better than him, simply because he’s famous and gay. we’re all learning together and this sort of thing just detracts from the problem at hand. i’m also in the lgtbq community (pangender pansexual) and with that out of the way…
i would have been perfectly fine with it it (even pleased) if he’d said this was to destroy damaging stereotypes. except he’s stating these stereotypes as a known fact and claiming that kurt and blaine’s monogamy should teach these promiscuous kids to ‘aim higher’. to increase ‘their standards’. this isn’t about what the general public thinks about gay teenagers, it’s very clearly about his stereotyped, damaging perception of gay teenagers with a dose of slut-shaming thrown in.
i really wish it had been your way, but it isn’t, and that’s upsetting.
Why should it be that he praises Blaine’s and Kurt’s monogamy as a “higher aim”? It could be simply another possibility for gay relationships. Slut shaming? I don’t see it. It’s sad for him that a lot, not all gay teenagers, seem to think having multiple sexual partners is a must to prove something to themselves or to the world.
where did the whole ‘they do it to prove themselves to the world’ thing even come in? i don’t know if i want to discuss this further with you because you seem determined to take away something from his comment that isn’t even implied. as it stands, it reads as though he’s claiming that gay kids are promiscuous, and that it’s a bad thing to be, and that kurt and blaine are raising the standards for what they should aspire to. not only is it, after all, slut-shaming, it also values the ideal of monogamy and caters to a very damaging stereotype and perpetuates it. if he’d been as much as talking about how kurt and blaine exist to disprove that stereotype, i’d have been okay with it. but he’s not. :(
First of all, he’s young gay male who was recently in high school, so he probably knows more about this than you. Second, he didn’t say “all gay kids,” he said “a lot of gay kids.” I also don’t think he was trying to say that gay youth are more promiscuous than straight youth since he was asked…
smh at you assuming that everyone who’s taking offense to this is a straight female. thanks for the erasure.
Did I say everyone who’s taking offense is a straight female? Again, reading comprehension.
lol implications and dismissals. but i’m not going to indulge in this petty exchange of rhetoric. you do you.
Sure. We obviously disagree, and that’s fine. You have the right to be offended and state your opinion, as do I. No hard feelings, etc.
fair enough. apologies if i came off unnecessarily brash, etc.
